Membership has its rewards
Join us as a Member
Becoming a Member of the Waterworks Museum is a great way to protect an important aspect of our industrial heritage and to support one of Herefordshire’s leading visitor attractions, as well as enjoying the benefits of membership.
Members play an important role in the governance of the Museum. Our Council of Management (our Trustee body) is accountable to the Members of the Museum. It is the Members who through the annual general meeting vote to re-appoint the Trustees each year and who approve the Trustees annual report and accounts and who would approve any major changes, such as to the constitution or charitable purpose of the Museum.
They also gain free admission to the Museum on all our opening days, receive our WaterWords publication and have the opportunity to participate in social and industrial heritage events and talks.
Our standard membership is £20 per annum, with a discounted rate of £10 for those in full-time education, which grants free entry to the Museum for the year. For £40, the plus guest option extends free entry to one guest
