The road roller Emma and Living Van is owned by Herefordshire Council.

Substantial funding is required to carry out a restoration even as a static  exhibit and not under steam.

Herefordshire Council have organised her removal while the Council determines what will happen next. 

Her removal was carried out by a specialist company on 30 October.
